My husband and I have wanted to take a vacation on a Yacht for the past 10 years. We finally decided to pull the trigger, and started calling charter brokers. One of our good friends told us I had to call Robert from Charter Big Boats, because they had a great experience with him. With that being said, we called him at 7pm on a Sunday night and he not only answered his cell phone, but spoke to us for over an hour. His warmth and sincere caring was the first thing we noticed, and when we combined this with his knowledge of so many great destinations and things to do, we knew we were in great hands, and we were so excited to see what type of trip he would plan for us. After a few phone conversations, Robert found us a great boat and crew, all within our budget. He planned the most incredible trip through the Bahamas, which met every expectation we could have ever dreamed of. Almost everything on our wish list was checked off, including swimming with the Pigs, snorkeling in a wreck, and enjoying the most beautiful turquoise waters we have every seen. Our kids played with every single water toy on the boat, including the under water scooters, jet skis, kayak, and zooming around in the tender with the captain. They both tried water skiing for the first time and fed the stingrays and sea turtles . We all agreed that this was the most incredible family vacation we ever took. We have now decided that once a year we are calling Robert to plan a trip to the many destinations we have dreamed about seeing and experiencing . We just really want to thank Robert for all his help!!!
